About Multimedia Dance Performance
Description
“One day in the year 2000, I had a vision that my body was one with the flowers I photographed.
Shortly after that, I was invited to participate in an artist salon where I performed a ritual that entailed a recording of a poem I had written as I sat overlooking the ocean one early evening and a slide show with 35mm slides projected with an old carousel projector.
Overcome by the beauty and sacredness of nature the poem and dance wove a story of our oneness with all of life and so Sivitri Multimedia was born”.

Sivitri’s multimedia dance performances are a visual spectacle of beauty, showing off nature and its patterns. Her sensual movement layered under her projected nature photography is not only visually stunning but the layers are a signature of Sivitri Multimedia representing the many layers and facets of nature and ourselves and how beauty and nature are a part of us, woven into and reflected back to us.
